Dial has wonderful employees who know their business. The removed the old gas water heater and replaced it with my new gas hot water heater in no time. Some of the sediment from the old water heater found its way to the faucet in my kitchen and the water stream was week. Bryan came back and cleaned out the sediment that lodge itself in the strainer of the faucet. Everything is working wonderfully and I noticed that not only does the water flow better but it is stronger and hotter. I am very pleased with Dial plumbing and air conditioning .

It get better next phone call to Dial P, at 1:35 in the afternoon, and they are able to set an appointment for 2 PM. by 3:30 I have hot water. Pat was excellent at providing the service. I thought the price for the service call was a great value. I expect you will have more of my business in the future.

Dial Plumbing/Duron Smith installed an AC system for us this past Friday. It was perhaps the best installation of any kind at our residence. We were most impressed with the entire team. effort put forth. From sales, to scheduling, to the installers, everyone knew their jobs and performed them flawlessly.

Then, on the following Wednesday, a service team responded to what we thought was a problem with the system. While that turned out to not be the case, the guys were amazingly thorough at checking for the problem (discerning why a new system was not cooling), and validating there was actually nothing wrong. For whatever reason, the problem cleared and could not be duplicated.

The point is that everyone we dealt with at Dial was a professional, was very concientious about their work and worked hard to please the customer. My wife and I would recommend this business to anyone who needs a team to perform quality work with great products.
